I am a licensed clinical social worker in Los Angeles, and for the past 20 years I've had the privilege of working alongside people at every stage of life. One of my favorite places to be, though, is with adolescents and young adults — those years when the big questions start knocking: Who am I? What do I actually want? How do I build a life and identity that feels like mine?
My clinical framework isn't about merely fixing something. It's about helping you get to know yourself — your strengths, your patterns, your hopes — and building the skills to move through daily life with more intention, confidence, and joy. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, social-emotional challenges, and atypical development, and I work with individuals, parents, and families to build self-reliance rather than dependence on a therapist's office.
I also bring deep experience with relationship issues, family dynamics, and coordinating care with schools, providers, and other supports — so even when we're working one-on-one, it isn't happening in a silo. The work is integrated into other areas of your life so the skills carry beyond our sessions.
If you're in that season of figuring out who you are — at any point in the life span — and want to use therapy to find what would make your life feel fuller, I'd love to help you find it.
